Jim has overall responsibility for the 'look and feel' of all the websites and systems that the Digital Design team, and PDMS in general, develop. He works closely with our analysts and developers to ensure that our interfaces and websites look good and are easy to use.
Originally trained in Fine Art, Jim has gained over 12 years' experience in design and publishing - in both digital and printed media. In addition to web design, he provides design services for brochures, exhibition stands and other corporate communications for our clients and our own marketing team.
During his 7 years with PDMS there has barely been a project that Jim has not applied a visual aesthetic to, ranging from small business websites to public sector organisations in the UK and further afield.
Outside the office, Jim likes sea kayaking and swimming. He also matches the definition of a true gentleman: 'someone who knows how to play the banjo but chooses not to'.
